Integrations
Last revised October 2026
Before any engagement, before anything is signed, it’s of great interest to know from where WP FloorMap’s data comes, how your team will edit the site, what’s possible in terms of integrations and what the analytics will show.
How it connects
If Engrain supports your PMS, so do we. On Essentials, Launch and Studio, sites built by WP FloorMap run on your active Engrain SightMap® subscription, so your unit availability, pricing and floor plan data travels from your property management system through Engrain to the website in real time, without anyone retyping a rent and without redundant (and expensive) data feeds.
Engrain integrates with all the major property management and leasing systems, including Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, MRI, ResMan, Rent Manager, Quext and Storable, among others. As Engrain adds new integrations, your WP FloorMap site picks them up, too. If you’re not sure whether your PMS is covered, get in touch, and we’ll confirm.
No PMS is required, either. In particular, commercial properties run directly on Engrain’s own dashboard, where rents, availability and more can be modified. You keep units and pricing there, and WP FloorMap’s built-in application flow carries a prospect from first inquiry to a completed application.
Beyond the property data, the site connects outward:
The editor
WP FloorMap runs on WordPress’s own editor rather than a page builder you license separately, and it improves as WordPress itself improves. Pages are assembled from custom and standard sections your team can reuse and change, with your property data appearing anywhere you like in a large variety of formats.
WordPress is sometimes associated with themes, plugins and code snippets stitched precariously together. That’s not WP FloorMap: everything you need to run a leasing site with 200 properties, across several regions or hyper-concentrated in a single city, is handled for you with no third-party plugins or themes, no code snippets, no bloat.
But you can still do as you please. An example: WP FloorMap has rich SEO tools built in, including page summaries with AI and the rest, but if you’re very accustomed to Yoast SEO, nothing prevents you from using it seamlessly on your WP FloorMap site.

Analytics and scripts
Your Engrain SightMap subscription includes a standard embed, an iframe you can paste into almost any web page, including a WordPress page. That puts the interactive map on the page, but it lives in a sealed frame: search engines and AI assistants can’t read the units inside it as part of your site. As a SightMap Integration Partner, WP FloorMap embeds SightMap natively and builds the page around it, with unit cards, filters and pricing rendered on the server and structured data underneath that Google and the AI assistants read as an integrated part of your site. See it live on the demo sites, or read our full guide to embedding SightMap on your website.
Since the floor plans, availability, filters and tour booking are content on your own domain, the built-in analytics follow them. WP FloorMap automatically sends Google Analytics events for map interactions, unit views, filter use and tour bookings, and Microsoft Clarity’s session replays and heatmaps cover the entire property page, including the interactive parts. You can see exactly which units and floor plans potential renters explore and where they drop off before converting.
Chat widgets, pixels and tags load through the built-in script manager, where you file each script under a consent category once and the visitor’s decision governs it from then on.
