Essentials, Launch and Studio require an active Engrain SightMap subscription. Essentials is billed annually. On Launch and Studio, annual billing gets approximately two months free. Enterprise portfolios (more than 25 properties) are always a custom contract with SLA, SSO and a dedicated CSM. Contact us. Stripe recurring billing by default; wire/invoice available on request for Studio-tier annual contracts. Prices exclude applicable taxes. By subscribing, you agree to our terms of use.
* Every plan includes its first property in the base price. Essentials covers one property, and adding a second moves you to Launch. On Launch and Studio, each added property bills at the per-property rate shown on the card, declining as your portfolio grows, and you set the exact count at checkout. Launch and Studio scale to 25 properties per site. Past that, contact us for Enterprise pricing, quoted per portfolio. For portfolio sites with more than ten properties, we recommend Studio: the monthly hours cover the work a bigger portfolio generates.

Foreword Development is a bespoke studio first. We build and launch your WP FloorMap site on every plan. For property developers that want a custom design, our Studio tier puts our developers on your site every month, or we can build you something bespoke.
All development is done in-house in our New York (US) and Paris (France) offices. Foreword Development does not outsource any work.
