All plans are for multi-family residential properties and require an active Engrain SightMap subscription. Each property can have many buildings, as long as it’s a single development in Engrain. One website is included per property — additional websites for the same property are $50/month each. A one-time $100 installation fee applies to all plans. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Foreword Development is a bespoke agency at its heart. WP FloorMap is ready to use out of the box, without any code or WordPress experience. However, for property developers that would prefer a white-glove solution, we’d be happy to accompany them in developing a beautiful, modern site — using WP FloorMap or a fully custom solution.
All development is done in Paris or New York. Foreword Development is a US-based company with collaborators in Paris and New York that does not outsource any work.
