WP FloorMap is a WordPress plugin that transforms your Engrain SightMap into a fully functional property website. It handles interactive floor plans, unit availability, tour scheduling, custom search and filters — everything a prospective resident needs, beautifully integrated into your WordPress site.

Yes. WP FloorMap is built on top of the Engrain SightMap platform. You’ll need an active SightMap subscription for your property. Not yet on Engrain? Get in touch and we’ll help you find the right solution.

Installation is immediate once we have your Engrain data, which can take up to 4 business days. We will not charge the monthly fee of your plan until Engrain has provided us access to your SightMap data. The one-time setup fee covers full plugin installation, SightMap integration, PMS data sync configuration and initial theme matching. We handle everything — you don’t need to write a single line of code.

Yes. Colors, typography, layouts and UI components are all customizable. On higher-tier plans, your included dev hours can be used for ongoing design refinements and new features.

WP FloorMap is designed to be compatible with all major page builders including Elementor, Avada, Divi, WPBakery and Beaver Builder. Our shortcode system ensures you can embed interactive maps and search blocks anywhere, regardless of your editor of choice.

Yes! WP FloorMap includes beautiful native Gutenberg blocks alongside a visual shortcode builder. Drag, drop and configure — no code required. Whether you prefer the block editor or the classic editor, WP FloorMap works effortlessly.

Yes. WP FloorMap supports multi-property portfolios out of the box. The Portfolio block aggregates units across all your communities with a property switcher, cross-property search and shared favorites. Each property gets its own admin page for theme colours, fees, amenities and media.

Prospects book guided or virtual tours directly from the unit detail modal. You configure availability rules, time slots and tour duration from the admin panel. Bookings sync with Google Calendar or Outlook automatically, and prospects receive confirmation emails, 24-hour reminders via email and SMS, and one-click cancellation links. Your leasing team also gets an ICS calendar feed they can subscribe to from any calendar app. When all slots are taken, visitors can join a waitlist.

Absolutely. Unlike a pure iframe embed, WP FloorMap renders unit cards, filters, modals and search results as native HTML on your domain. Search engines can hence crawl and index your unit data, amenities and floor plan content. Structured data, semantic markup and clean URLs all contribute to better organic visibility.

Our Starter plan includes your first month free. You only pay the one-time installation fee upfront, then the monthly subscription begins from month two. This gives you plenty of time to see WP FloorMap in action on your live site.

Additional development and support hours beyond your plan’s allocation are billed at $120/hour. We’ll always let you know before any overage work begins — no surprises.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you’re adding properties or need more dev hours, we’ll help you find the right plan. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can change your plan automatically from the WP FloorMap subscriber portal.

The one-time installation fee covers full plugin setup on your WordPress site: SightMap integration, PMS data sync, theme matching, tour scheduling configuration and initial QA testing. It’s a white-glove setup — we do all the work.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel automatically from the WP FloorMap subscriber portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your site will continue to function normally until then.

No. WP FloorMap is built with performance in mind. Assets are minified, scripts load only on pages that use the plugin, images and media load lazily, and SightMap data is cached at multiple levels to minimise API calls. The result is a fast, responsive experience for your visitors.

WP FloorMap updates automatically through the standard WordPress update system. When a new version is available it appears in your dashboard alongside your other plugin updates — one click and you’re up to date.

Yes. All communication between your WordPress site and our API is encrypted over HTTPS. API keys are validated on every request, admin actions require WordPress capability checks and nonce verification, and tour cancellation links use signed tokens. Visitor favorites are stored locally in the browser — no personal data leaves the device.

Yes. WP FloorMap fires custom Google Analytics events for map interactions, unit views, tour bookings and filter usage. Because the interface is rendered as native HTML — not inside an iframe — tools like Microsoft Clarity work natively, giving you full session replays and heatmaps across the entire property page.

Response times depend on your plan: Starter includes standard 48-hour support, Portfolio and Enterprise offer priority 24-hour support, and Unlimited provides instant support. All plans include phone, email, WhatsApp and SMS support channels.

Yes. Slack integration is included on Enterprise and Unlimited plans. You’ll get a dedicated Slack channel where you can communicate directly with our engineers, request features and track progress in real time.
