For the past several years, Foreword Development has built high-end property marketing sites for luxury multifamily developers across the United States. Engrain SightMap® has sat at the center of that work, pulling live PMS data into an interactive floor plan explorer that drives leasing. Every theme template and default setting in WP FloorMap Launch came out of those Class-A builds.
The work follows a pattern: connecting SightMap data to WordPress, wiring up tour scheduling, building unit-level content, configuring lead capture, designing around the map. Details change from project to project, but the architecture is remarkably consistent. Because a beautiful property marketing site turns out to be much less bespoke than it looks, we built the pattern into a product.

Launch and Studio
Update, 7 October 2026: Essentials has joined Launch and Studio. It is $249 a month, billed annually, and the Launch and Studio prices below now include hosting. Current pricing is on the pricing page.
WP FloorMap Launch is a complete property marketing site, generated dynamically from your Engrain data and built on the WP FloorMap Themes. Foreword handles the entire setup: the hosting, the Engrain data exchange, the configuration and the pages, which we fill with your content. From there we keep the site secure and optimized for search with WP FloorMap’s built-in tools.
The one thing you wait on is the data connection, which happens once. After that the site can be live the same afternoon. Every new subscription starts with a four-day window before the first charge, so the Engrain data exchange can finish first. Launch runs from $374 a month billed annually, or $449 month to month, with the first property and hosting on WP Engine included.
Launch carries every feature of WP FloorMap: unit maps, floor plans, tour scheduling, contact forms, galleries, amenities and email notifications. It includes a block theme with style variations you pick during setup. No-code brand customization sits on top of that, propagating your colors, your typography and your button styles across every page and every block.
On Launch we set up either kind of site: a single property, or a portfolio site with property listings, navigation and individual property pages, all generated from your Engrain data. Launch and Studio scale to 25 properties on a single site, the first included in the base price and each one after it at a per-property rate that declines as the portfolio grows. Past four properties we recommend Studio for the extra flexibility and support.
Every page we deliver stays open in the WordPress editor. Your marketing team can reorder the sections on a property page, put their own copy in place of ours or add their own blocks beside ours. Launch also includes two hours of Foreword time a month, so a team that would rather not open the editor at all can send us the edits instead.
WP FloorMap Studio is for property teams that would rather Foreword build and run the site on their behalf. We do the setup, then run hosting, security, SEO, content and development, adding custom blocks and design iteration as the site grows. It is fully hands-off, with no WordPress login needed on your side.
Studio books five to twenty hours of Foreword time each month. At five hours it is $749 a month billed annually or $899 month to month, with hosting on WP Engine included, plus a one-time $2,500 setup fee covering 25 hours of build. It comes with priority response and phone support from our team in New York and Paris.
What it replaces
A typical custom property marketing site costs $20,000 or more to build and then an agency retainer, on the order of $2,000 a month, to keep it current. Around that sit the line items nobody quotes at the start: roughly $100 a month for hosting, about as much again for third-party security, email and compliance services, plus separate bills for map APIs and whatever handles scheduling, lead capture and analytics.
Your SightMap subscription includes a standard embed, but its units sit inside a frame that search engines and AI assistants cannot read as part of your site. WP FloorMap keeps that same map and builds the page around it, so the unit cards, the filters and the pricing are content on your own domain, rendered on the server with structured data underneath.
Then there is the development layer itself, where too many multifamily sites are still built on heavy, proprietary page builders that lock your content into vendor-specific shortcodes and make every future update harder and more expensive than it needs to be. A WP FloorMap site runs on WordPress’s own block editor and picks up whatever WordPress gains at each release.
Launch collects that stack into a single subscription, and Studio takes the agency retainer with it, since the monthly hours are Foreword doing the building and editing an agency would otherwise bill for.
At the end you own an ordinary WordPress install on your own domain, with your pages and your content in the database instead of inside a vendor’s shortcodes. Whoever you hire in a few years opens it and finds WordPress, and moving it to another host needs no permission from us. Open by design goes through what that ownership covers.
