WP FloorMap is a product of Foreword Development LLC, built for multifamily and commercial property marketers, owners, operators and developers who use Engrain SightMap. It is a multifamily website generator — a no-code website builder for apartment and portfolio sites — that runs on open WordPress. Unlike locked-in proprietary platforms such as Yardi RentCafe or AppFolio websites, WP FloorMap runs on open WordPress: you own your site and can keep the themes, plugins, editors and host you already use.

It brings your interactive SightMap, live unit availability and pricing, floor plans, amenities, media and lead capture into one fast, measurable site that is built to rank in search and to be cited by AI assistants.

## Plans and pricing

All plans require an active Engrain SightMap subscription. Annual billing gets approximately two months free. Every plan includes its first property in the base price; added properties bill at a declining per-property rate as the portfolio grows, and you set the exact property count at checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes and are billed through Stripe.

- Plugin: from $108 per month billed annually (or $129 month-to-month), first property included. Added properties: $59 per month each for properties 2-5 and $39 per month each for properties 6-15, billed annually; portfolios of 16 or more properties are quoted per portfolio. The WP FloorMap plugin for teams that already have a WordPress site and want to add native SightMap, live availability and floor plans.
- Launch: from $333 per month per site billed annually (or $399 month-to-month), first property included. Added properties, billed annually: $99 per month each for properties 2-5, $79 for 6-15 and $59 for 16-25 (up to 25 per site). A complete, ready-to-go multifamily property website that Foreword builds and launches for you — no developer needed. We set up the site, connect your live SightMap and PMS data, and keep it secure and SEO-optimized with WP FloorMap's built-in tools; we can also host it for you on WP Engine (optional managed hosting, $50 per month). Includes two hours per month of Foreword time — we make your changes for you, or build custom features.
- Studio: from $708 per month per site billed annually (or $849 month-to-month), plus a one-time $2,500 setup fee covering 25 hours of dedicated development. The base price scales with the monthly Foreword hours you choose (5, 10, 15 or 20 hours) and includes the first property; added properties, billed annually: $79 per month each for properties 2-5, $59 for 6-15 and $49 for 16-25 (up to 25 per site). Everything in Launch, fully managed by Foreword Development — we run hosting, security, SEO, content and ongoing development for you, with no WordPress login required on your side. Optional managed hosting on WP Engine for an additional $50 per month. Replaces a roughly $20,000 agency build and a roughly $2,000 per month agency retainer.
- Enterprise: custom. Portfolios of more than 25 properties get a custom contract with an SLA, SSO and a dedicated customer success manager.
